Robert founded Milam Homes in 2021, after completing his first house flip, which marked the beginning of his business journey. Since then, he has been serving hundreds of clients in the Central Kentucky area, helping with various home-related needs.
Co-Owner, Office Manager, Realtor®
Kristin co-founded Milam Homes with Robert, bringing a sharp eye for design and a detail-oriented approach to her role as an office manager. She is also a licensed realtor, leveraging her expertise in real estate to support the company's success.
Property Manager, Realtor®
Kaleb, also a licensed real estate agent, joined Milam Homes in 2025.
