Robert Milam
Robert began his career in property management, overseeing more than 1,000 units before transitioning to real estate. Since then, he has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes, guided clients through new construction, and sold millions in real estate. A lifetime Top Producers Club member, Robert also holds an MBA from Sullivan University and serves as president of the Captain Kenneth Dalga Foundation.
He and his wife, Lexington native Kristin Ford Milam, live in the Hartland neighborhood with their three children—Aubrey, Ford, and Robbie—and their golden doodle, Toby. In his free time, Robert enjoys UK athletics, golf, and family time. Passionate about helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, he is dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible.
Robert Milam
Robert Milam was born in Richmond, Virginia, but proudly calls Lexington his forever home. After moving across the country with his family, he came to Lexington to study Economics at the University of Kentucky and knew he had found where he belonged.

Kristin Milam
When she’s not helping families find their dream homes, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, teaching Jazzercise, serving her community or cheering on the wildcats. Kristin serves on the Board of Directors for CHI St. Joseph’s Health Foundations, the Advancement committee at Lexington Catholic High School, the Captain Kenneth Dalga Foundation Board and is a sustainer with the Junior League of Lexington. Whether you’re buying or selling, Kristin is committed to providing a personalized and seamless experience every step of the way.

Kaleb Brannock
Outside of real estate, Kaleb has an impressive background as a swim team coach, demonstrating his leadership, teamwork, and commitment to helping others achieve their goals. Kaleb is a local Georgetown, KY native with deep roots in our community. He attended the University of Kentucky, where he honed his skills and passion for real estate. Kaleb brings with him a wealth of Central Kentucky knowledge and a strong dedication to client service, making him an excellent addition to our team.

Robert and Kristin Milam are proud to call Lexington, KY their home. Kristin is a Lexington native and Robert has been a Lexingtonian for almost 20 years.

She also has a passion for organization and designing spaces to produce a highly functioning and manageable system.
